How do I secure a block of land?
A small deposit secures your block. A contract is then forwarded to your solicitor or conveyancer. During this time you can explore your building options with your choice of builder. Once you are satisfied you can build exactly what you want for the budget you have set, the land contract is exchanged. Settlement will occur shortly after the land registers.
How long does it take to build a home?
Your builder will coordinate submitting your home plans for approval with council. This process usually takes four to six weeks. Once your home plans are approved, most builders complete construction within sixteen to twenty weeks for single level homes. Your builder will give you a timeframe in your building contract.
Are there survey plans and geotechnical/bushfire reports available?
